Bittersweet Launches Supported Employment Program

Whitehouse, OH — Bittersweet Farms is proud to announce the launch of its new Group Employment Support (GES) Program, designed to create meaningful job opportunities for adults with autism while helping local businesses meet critical staffing needs.

Through this innovative initiative, Bittersweet Farms is seeking partnerships with area businesses to host small teams of 3–4 employees, each supported by trained Bittersweet staff. These teams are prepared to deliver reliable, high-quality work tailored to the needs of participating employers.

Program Highlights:
• Businesses contract directly with Bittersweet Farms
• Flat fee per employee for a 4-hour shift (support staff excluded)
